Trumpf Laser Profiling Machine

2.7 Kw Trumpf Laser profiling machine capable of laser cutting 3000 x1500 sheets of material ranging from up to 20mm mild steel, 15mm ali and 15mm stainless steel and all thicknesses in between.

Trumpf Tru Tops Laser and Press Programming Software

Providing quick, direct, precise programming solutions for maximum productivity.

Trumpf True Bend 3129 press brake

Capable of folding up to 3 metres long and 3mm thick over this length, on shorter lengths up to 10mm thick over max 500mm long.

• CNC - 2 x Colchester Tornado T10M. Live tooling. 3" through spindle 1 metre barfeeder. 4000rpm. Fanuc 21 it B control. 12 station turret.
• Manual - Colchester Student 250. 3 jaw 2" through chuck. Tailstock.

Hardinge VMC 600 2. 600mm travel in X, 500mm travel in Y. 8000rpm. 20 tool carousel. Fanuc 2 control.
